Telemarketing Institute, Inc. (TII) is a 34 year old Call/Contact Center Service firm and a marketing arm of The Front Desk Team. Front Desk Team (FDT) is a 10 year-old firm that provides Virtual Phone Assistants to companies without a full-time receptionist and that have, on average, 1 to 4 people on staff. 

Our mission is to produce excellent results when providing
Contact/Call Center Services in each of our call handling specialty areas.
